How to use

  1. Load the source PDF and choose text, checkbox, radio, dropdown, or option-list fields.
  2. Drag fields onto the page and configure names, requirements, defaults, choices, and appearance.
  3. Validate the field schema, then export an editable AcroForm PDF; flatten only when a fixed final copy is needed.

Privacy

Input and files are processed in the current browser tab. Mingmist does not receive the content unless you independently share the result elsewhere.

Limitations

XFA, digital-signature fields, calculation scripts, conditional fields, JavaScript actions, and automatic form recognition are not supported. New widgets use a standard Helvetica appearance, so non-Latin defaults and choices may not render correctly. Pages rotated 90°/270° must be normalized first, and reader support for appearances and flags varies.

FAQ

Can fillable fields be added over a scanned form?

Yes. The scanned page remains the background image while new AcroForm widgets are placed at selected positions.

Can field names contain non-Latin characters?

Some readers allow it, but ASCII letters, numbers, dot, underscore, and hyphen provide better cross-reader compatibility.

Why can non-Latin defaults fail?

The browser version does not embed an additional CJK font. New fields use a standard Helvetica appearance, so non-Latin defaults and choices may not render correctly.
