Structure

How to use

  1. Add a PDF with a text layer and choose the pages.
  2. Choose whether to add per-page headings, then convert.
  3. Review headings, tables, and reading order before downloading Markdown.

Privacy

Input and files are processed in the current browser tab. Mingmist does not receive the content unless you independently share the result elsewhere.

Limitations

OCR is not performed. Tables, footnotes, columns, formulas, and complex reading order are not guaranteed. Output is an editable inference, not an exact reconstruction of document semantics.

FAQ

Does it run OCR?

No. It reads the existing PDF text layer only. Use the Local OCR Workspace for scanned documents.

Are tables and columns preserved exactly?

No. Headings and paragraphs are inferred from text coordinates, font size, and spacing.
